Read moreWorst dining experience I’ve had in a long time!
We were seated at the table with no cutlery at all. After asking, they gave us only one set, and we had to keep asking again and again just to get the basics. It felt like they were doing us a favor by giving spoons and forks, instead of something that should be obvious in any restaurant.
Food was average, nothing special, and it didn’t even arrive hot. The service was unbelievably slow and the staff were rude on top of it. When we asked questions, the replies were careless and dismissive. No apology, no courtesy.
At the counter, instead of owning up to their mistakes, they just said: “We were busy.” That’s no excuse for such poor hospitality. For the money they charge, the least they could do is treat customers with some respect.
Raj Tandoori, you seriously need to work on your service. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this...
Read morePathetic service and rude staff! In today’s world, customer satisfaction is key—but at this restaurant, even basic service is missing. If you expect to be treated decently, this is not the place for you.
We were seated at a table without plates or spoons and had to ask for literally everything. The food quality was average at best, but the staff’s attitude was the worst part. We ordered two portions of the same dish—one spicy and one mild. When we asked which one was spicy, the shocking reply was: “You have to taste it to know.”
When we complained at the counter, the excuse was “It was a busy day”—and they weren’t even willing to accept their mistakes. No matter how busy you are, customer service should be your top priority, and treating customers this way is simply unacceptable.
Thanks, Raj Tandoori, for ruining the mood and the weekend. Definitely not...
