Dione Restaurant — Restaurant in Ayia Napa

I had a fairly decent meal here, wasn't amazing but still nice.

The staff really make this restaurant what it is, they have excellent customer service, didn't mind replacing a meal that my yiayia didn't like and they also gifted her some beautiful home grown lemons from their lemon tree - yiayia was very happy and we really appreciated that lovely gesture!

Meals and drinks are reasonably priced and they have a huge huge children's play area.

If your'e local and want a quick bite to eat then this is a good spot, just make sure you read the menu properly and take note of how dishes are cooked and served as they are not typically the same as other restaurants I had visited, e.g - halloumi - it is not grilled but served with a crust.

The garlic mushrooms I had for starters were very tasty and my favourite dish in this restaurant - definitely give these a try.

Convenient location near Nissi Beach. Plenty of space with tables arranged comfortably, so you’re not disturbed by other guests. Very tasty food and generous portions—we tried halloumi cheese, lamb shank, pork ribs, salmon, moussaka, Caesar salad, and bolognese—everything was really good. Drinks also quite good, we tried local bear, Pina Colada and Mojito. Prices are quite affordable for 2025, especially considering the portion sizes. If you’re not very hungry, one portion could easily be shared between two people. They have a large children’s playground with plenty of toys to keep kids entertained. It’s also fenced, so you don’t have to worry about your children. The music is pleasant and not loud, mainly hits from the ’80s, which I found appealing. This restaurant is very well located close to the Nissi beach, although it was surprisingly empty when we arrived. The outside seating areas is humongous and very well protected from the sun which is a huge plus. The stuff is very attentive, which was not difficult with only 3 tables occupied, but still very pleasant, of course. We tried the aubergines and the vegetables wraps, both were very good with a perfect balance of texture and flavors. The Cyprus quantity of the food wasn’t there, but they were not main dishes after all.
