Definitely 💯 worth a visit! Took me a while to find it as in my map it says Roof Top Bar not Ais Giwrkis but it was worth the walk, perched on top of a hill you can gain entry by car or by climbing up a few stairs from the village. Tables outside and inside and great welcome and service! The menu was a brilliant fusion of Cypriot and Cretan food and if there were a few of you then the Meze would be a great option! We decided on a delicious starter of Saganaki which did not disappoint and then shared the Mixed Grill and still did not manage to finish it!!! Followed by a complimentary portion of tasty orange cake Mr Andrea’s and his team delivered everything we were looking for on our trip to Kakopetria. This is my first time I decided to leave my review even I have visited many countries and I have been to many restaurants.

Myself and my wife with 2 small kids, we popped in to the tavern for lunch. Kids were not hungry so I chose the mix of grill meat dedicated for 2 persons and village salads. The elder guy who served us understood English language so we didn't have a problem to place an order. He wrote down 3 persons on his a piece of paper. Just to be sure he understands what we want, I pointed out with a finger on the menu what I would like to order. He did not speak to us, did not ask any questions about our order. The meal was a massive, there was no way we could eat all of it. We asked for a take away box and we fed the local cats with the meat.We were every surprised when we saw a bill.
