Chicken souvlaki so bad it stayed on the plate. Pork souvlaki served ready for sushi. I enjoy sozouma, but only when I know the butcher and the grill master. Sent the pork souvlaki back and, after a leisurely 25–30 minutes (helpfully timed by a phone call), a new portion finally appeared. Meanwhile, we were under siege — a relentless swarm of flies, with a few wild bees joining in for moral support. I’d had such a bad experience here before that I swore “never again.” Last summer I was dragged back and — shockingly — they were great! Thought they’d turned over a new leaf. Turns out, they had… straight into the trash can. I still ate my pork souvlaki, despite it being the worst I’ve ever had, purely because I’d already paid and was starving. Yes, they bring the bill with the food — so even if what they serve is inedible, you’ve already been locked into the deal. Sc a/u mmy. Total time from sitting down to actually getting food in my belly: 55 minutes. Honestly? Skip this place for literally anywhere else. The wild cat would not eat their souvlaki.

‚Not the best‘ service here, need to get yourself the menu and ask couple of times for the table to be cleaned up. Most tables haven’t been cleaned quiet a while. After waiting 15 minutes, we’re able to order, but table still not cleaned up. Food came and he finally took the stuff. But no cuttlery… food was decent. The staff can not be blamed, 3 are just not enough for the place. Owner should staff up. I can not really recommend this Etablissement.

We came here on Sunday Easter day and ordered honey balls. They were not edible they had the worst oil i have ever tasted and the honey was weird not rich honey but very poor image and taste . The service was rude and when i told the waitress with all due respect they are not okay at all (and my freddo espresso which was just water and engine taste) she just looked at me and said okay like she didn't care at all. Worst experience.

Lovely setting outside, this tempted us in to be honest. Slow service even though it was a really quiet Monday afternoon. Ordered drinks first and said we would order food 5-10 minutes after, but had to chase down Waitress to make food order. We ordered a Margherita Pizza, a village salad and a Gyros (kebab in pitta). The salad came quiet quickly but after 45 mins, I asked if they had assumed the salad was our starter? As we were waiting for the rest of the food and we had just nibbled a bit of salad. When she came back she said the pizza was ready... And it was in the oven (not sure if this meant it had been forgotten I'm the oven..?!) When it came I was so disappointed, it looked like a frozen pizza from the supermarket, thick and dry base and definitely a bit over cooked. The kebab was still another 10 mins after this and when it arrived there wasn't much meat and the meat it had was also very dry. Bad food, slow service, only gave 2 stars because the waitress seemed quite nice and we did have a bit of a chat plus it was a nice area to sit and have a drink. Fine for a drink in a nice patio area but food was the worst food I've had here...

Το γλυκό του κουταλιού 2 από τα 10, δεν είναι φρέσκο. The service was a bit poor—just a simple ‘Thank you,’ ‘Hello,’ or ‘Welcome’ would have made a difference. And the worst part: I was playing with my kid in the indoor play area, and they shut off the power without any warning. I had to use my phone's flashlight to find my way back to the table. Kids were still playing, and it’s dangerous to turn off the power in the whole playroom like that.

We spoke with the owner afterward, and when I explained that my child was playing when they turned off the power, making it dangerous, the owner responded by saying, 'You should have been there, it’s your responsibility to watch your kid.'

Yes, sir, my child is my responsibility, but your business is yours. If you want customers to come back, start respecting them. Don’t laugh at them or get defensive when they bring up important concerns. And if you want to close the playroom, make sure to check if anyone is still...
