Larnaca Municipal Art Gallery — Attraction in Larnaca

Located in Europe Square (at the beginning of Finikoudes), the Larnaca Municipal Art Gallery is a pleasant place at which to spend a half an hour. Have walked by this place many times, but never even realised it was there. (Too focused on the fountain and the sculpture, I guess.)

Nice set of exhibition halls. Modern art works by Cypriot artists are nicely displayed - no clutter, so each painting can be appreciated without distraction. Admission is free and the interiors of these old colonial buildings are worth seeing just for...

Hard decision this as usually I love art galleries BUT been hear for 4 weeks now and have visited every weekend it has never been open no information on the doors. Now I know it's covid times and they may have closed because of covid. But that's no excuse knot to keep people informed. Tried there website and no information there. The outside still displaying last exhibition and opening times which as I have said is meaningless...

Very nice and small art gallery in the heart 💓 of Larnaca, close to the beach and it's absolutely free for visitors, take a walk to this art gallery and have an amazing time while you explore the city. It has couple of rooms to present the art in Cyprus, i would recommend this 😍, a pleasant and welcoming place...
