From the moment we walked through the door, we were warmly welcomed and guided to our table with genuine hospitality. The atmosphere was elegant yet cozy — the kind of place where you instantly feel comfortable and cared for.

The service was outstanding throughout the evening. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering great recommendations without ever being intrusive. Drinks arrived quickly, and our glasses were never empty — everything flowed seamlessly.

It was an absolute disaster. We sat inside, only to be overwhelmed by the stifling smell of fried oil and fish. The acoustics were terrible—so bad that we could barely hold a conversation. To make matters worse, we sat near a window that let in a constant draft.

We waited a staggering hour and a half, and they hadn’t even brought out our appetizers, while tables that arrived long after us were already eating. Frustrated, I raised the issue with no fewer than five different staff members—escalating to the point where I became outright rude and confrontational. The only thing I didn’t do was march into the kitchen to cook and serve the food myself.
