The shop has a great selection of Korean cosmetics and plenty of variety — that’s the only reason I’m giving two stars.

Unfortunately, the customer experience is really disappointing. The consultant walks around with a visibly bitter expression, ignores questions, and doesn’t even respond to a polite hello.

The atmosphere isn’t great either — music is too loud, and the hot air from outside doesn’t seem ideal for the products. On top of that, the layout feels chaotic and hard to browse🧐.

Terrible customer service , no hello nothing unless you are local you’ll be treated good , the sales woman was literally watching the whole time not even bothered to ask if we need help with anything but when a local walked in , she instantly approached her ! Yet I made a purchase Ps-visited on 18th June , with the other reviews of the customer service I think it’s time for you to improve it before...
