Sat down, ordered, took 35 minutes to bring out a yogurt with some berries on top, and an open cold salmon sandwich, which realistically should take a maximum of 10-15 minutes to prepare. The coffee we had ordered, one of which was hot, also came out cold, so it seems like the waiters just forgot we were even there. We had to remind the waiter to check on our food, and by the time the food was out, our coffee was finished. Frankly I had lost my appetite by the time the food was out. Took another 30 to even catch a waiter to tell them we’re leaving, at which point we just went up to the counter. Very unfortunately for us, they were full so we had to get a takeaway. I ordered avocado on toast and hubby had smoked salmon on toast. Whilst waiting we noticed we were in a shop and I ended up buying 2 bottles of Aesop hand wash and 6 bars of very uniquely packaged chocolate!! We found a bench outside and had our take out. The avocado toast was excellent and delicious but the salmon on toast was extremely small to the shock of us both!!! But both were delicious and coffee was excellent too.
