1930hrs sat down and took 15 mins for someone to come take order for drinks, 2035hrs my food arrived after everyone else's food arriving at 2020hrs, we ordered simple things like pizza and pasta, the first one to be ready was the meat platter. The meat was cooked to perfection The pasta had minimal flavor and with sauce still quite dry and stodgy, needs more consistency. The staff was very friendly and you could see they were doing their absolute best, the kitchen is the slowest I believe. We ordered starters and told them not to wait in between starter and mains, to bring as soon as they are ready, however this confused the kitchen so they served the starters with all the main meals at 2020hrs This place has a perfect location and alot of potential but they need to pick up the pace for a Saturday night, when we arrived there was no more than 50% capacity so this length of time...

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We waited an entire hour for our food with no updates or explanations from the staff. When the drinks arrived, there was a small mix-up—just another thing that went wrong. But the real kicker was when we spoke to the waiter about the long wait. Their response was, "That's weird," with absolutely no apology or attempt to make it right. Just pure indifference. It also became painfully obvious that Chill Out Burger has expanded its seating area by adding more tables without making any improvements to the kitchen or staffing. This led to chaos in the kitchen and extremely slow service, making it clear they can’t handle the crowd. Overall, a frustrating experience with no accountability. This is my first time ever writing a review, but the experience was so disappointing that I felt I had to share. When we arrived, we waited around 10–15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. After finally ordering, the staff informed us there would be a 50-minute delay. In reality, it took over 70 minutes for the food to arrive.

When the burgers finally came, they were cold, and the meat quality was very poor. To make matters worse, when I told the waiter that the food wasn’t good, the only response I got was: “hmm, that’s weird.”
