Juego Cafe-Lounge Bar — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

We came and were having a nice time actually. Bought some drinks and relaxed with our baby. At one point we asked the waitress if she could order a taxi for us. She accepted and said the price would be 60 eur. So far so good. 10 minutes went by and we were still waiting for the taxi. Asked her when was the taxi about to arrive and she said 5 more minutes. Another 10 minutes went by, still no taxi. I make it shorter but at the end we were waiting 50(!!!) Minutes for the taxi. She and the "taxi" driver were arguing about the location. Finally, she walked us to the church nearby and suddenly a private car arrived. But not a taxi! Just a private car. He told me he was not a registered taxi. Imagine waiting with your wife and 6 months baby 50 minutes for an unregistered taxi. I refused immediately of course. The waitress knew about it the whole and didn't even THINK TO ORDER AN ACTUAL TAXI WHICH COULD ARRIVE IN 10 MINUTES. Im not this kind of person, but this waitress...

Overall, waste of money.

Let's start with the good: it's located in a beautiful alley of old limassol right near the castle. Pretty decor and open atmosphere. That concludes the good.

The service was okay. The staff was pleasant and understanding. I did get the wrong soda, but it wasn't a big deal.

The food was an absolute scam. I ordered the steak sandwich which was not what was described on the menu. The sandwich had no caramelized onions or a bearnaise sauce. It came drenched in a gross cheddar cheese sauce that ruined everything inside. I barely ate it and told the waitress this was not what was described on the menu. She was understanding and I did get a 5 euro discount, but it didn't make up for the bad experience. My table also ordered the rancho wrap which was also missing ingredients that were listed on the menu. The wrap was just cheese and chicken when they advertised corn and other veggies. Sad food.

Incompetent service, they lie to you directly in the eye. Ordered at 20.20 a grilled platter, tacos and 3 cocktails. Cocktails arrived in 10 minutes… at around 21.20 service arrives and ask us if we want to be served the tacos first we agreed. Brings the tacos and informs us that the platter is arriving in 2 minutes. Probably, didn’t know how to count time . After 15 more minutes the platter arrives and when I expressed my frustration and disappointment to their overall service the answer was that the reservations are priority even if they arrived later. Have in mind that: (a) we are regulars, (b) I don’t eat red meat so I was waiting for the chicken and (c)there were 5 tables in total in a place that is designed to accommodate more than 30 (and it is Friday night).
