Although the food is very good, but the staff does not know the meaning of respect for the customer and how to satisfy the customer, today I went with my family to the restaurant in the Marina branch, I ordered two meals of chicken and Caesar salad with chicken, and one T-bone stake meal, I paid and went back, and after 20 minutes I went to get the salad and we were surprised that it has pork on it!! Read moreWe came to this restaurant every day for 10 days — sometimes dining in with the family, sometimes ordering through Wolt. The food was always delicious, especially the kebab (Souvlaki) — juicy, flavorful, just perfect. The Russian-speaking guy and a man around 45–50 years old, working there were always polite and welcoming👍 We felt like regulars and really enjoyed every visit.
But today changed everything. A different staff member was working (long hair), and we waited nearly 50 minutes for our order, even though the place was only about a third full. It seemed like all focus was on Wolt deliveries — we were completely ignored. I think our order may have been handed to a courier by mistake.
I was with two small children — a 3-year-old and a 4-month-old — and they started crying simply from the long wait and restlessness. In the end, we had to leave without eating. When we finally got the food to go, the chicken kebab was undercooked — something that never happened before. What upset me most is that the staff member clearly saw that the meal was for a 3-year-old child — and still served completely undercooked chicken. That is not just careless, it’s dangerous.
