We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and wanted a good Seating to mark the occasion.
The first table they gave us was tiny in the corner right by the entrance with all the foot traffic - not ideal for an anniversary celebration. So we asked to be moved. Thankfully they put us on the veranda, but. And it's a big but, again in the corner at a equally tiny table and partially in the sun.
We tried to enjoy our bunch, however it soon became apparent that we were boiling both inside from frustration at the lackluster (even by Cyprus standards) service and of heat because we were baking in the sun. We asked the waiter to help, either move us or umbrella, to no avail. It took three more prompts for them to do anything, at which point the hostess came to our table to explain that there is nothing she can do except put us back inside at that table...
For context on the veranda, at the center this entire time there were 4 tables that sit 4 people each out of which one was unoccupied the entire time, and three were occupied by couples such as ourselves. When we asked to be moved to the last free table the hostes said no, because it seats a minimum of three, and they cannot seat two there... While right before our eyes was a very different picture...
Long story short - food is probably great, but the overall impression has been greatly diminished by the service and lack of consideration given to guests. I will not be recommending this place to any of my friends and I will not be spending my...

Read moreFood was mid, however, that wasn’t gonna break my day or make me leave a comment here.
What really made me upset is that we walked in the venue and we wanted to sit in the garden where it was completely empty and I had a waiter coming running after me telling me that “ I walked in there like it’s my home” And that I should wait to be seated.
First of all, you don’t talk to people like that. Second of all waiters are not meant to put people at the table. The venue should get a hostess. If the venue doesn’t want to hire a hostess, that says a lot. I don’t think any restaurant workers should tell off customers in general? What the hell is that? It was our first time there so we didn’t have any idea about these kind of rules that they had.
That was just my experience absolutely not pleasant at all. There is room for improvement and...
