Thalassokoritso — Restaurant in Limassol Municipality

I saw the owner and he looks like a nice man. But that doesn't mean you need to push into have an activity you're obviously not capable to run. I wanted to give 2 stars initially but after the answer i got from the cashier right now i dropped even that.

I gave this place several opportunities as is next to my home. Each time remained disappointed so I have property to write this.

Everytime you go is like self service, none will come to you to ask you if you need anything.

Everytime needed to grab menu myself or ask someone to come to me.

One time I tried to wait and check if they would come. I sitted and waited. 35 minutes passed without none coming to me till i finally left.

Today i came with my friend, we order food and drinks. Food arrive and cutlery was not on the table. It passed at minimum 5 minutes till they bring it. Drinks arrived when food was almost finish and the order was wrong. When telling one girl (middle age woman dark blonde normally at the cashier), we clarify the wrong order and her answer was "and what you want me I'll do with that?" What kind of answer is that one ? After this answer i changed my review to 1 star.

They took out the wrong drink from the bill but the minimum the could do is to offer an apologies and even to have the meal for free if they would been professional. Since after this not either me or my friend would ever go again.

There was a couple of foreign people who sitted at the same time like us. None came to their table in 30 minutes. They stand and up and left.(note that we got served cause I know how this place is and as soon as we sitted we ask for someone to serve us).

Food is good , flavour and portion. But service is so awful that doesn't let you enjoy the meal.

The only good worker was the waiter she was young foreign lady who was alone running ti serve the entire restaurant.

Hope they will see this and understand to upgrade for real and care about the activity and service or rather quite and sell to someone who will profit the space and...

Update: the service was soooo slow and indifferent to customers, they never pay attention to you even way you say “excuse me” or wave. The food. Check the photos: Beyond burger was just made of two veggie cutlets from frozen, they should change the TM name in the menu. Chicken burger was also just frozen chicken burger. Coleslaw, potato wedges, bread buns - the same, frozen or ready to cook food. The only fresh i suppose were the side salads.

Old review: Linguini with pesto 15,5€ I have made my order without waiting for the menu. I have waited for my pasta for 35 minutes. We have been coming continuously every single weekend during summer, however, last incident left us dissatisfied and highly disappointed. Their staff was incompetent and rude. Lady at the bar seemed constantly depressed and unhappy, as a result lack of service and respect to the customer. We would rather give our preference to service oriented places with a brighter atmosphere after such hideous experience. Food wise, I should admit, they are fine, but could improve further. Their portions last time were smaller and we were served with 2 pieces of pitta bread only. It felt like in a student Cafe... Waiting time is more than 30 minutes.
