One of the few places in Nicosia where you can have souvla or at least type of souvla as all pieces are small cuts. Pais serves small cut pieces of either lamb, pork or chicken souvla. Their kleftiko is average and the same applies for their lamb souvla which was mostly bones with traces of meat on it. Try the krasato souvla which is pork marinated in wine and cooked over the charcoal. A lot of their items on their menu were not available for some reason so there was a lot of disappointment.
