I tried and gave them another chance but this time My recent visit to this restaurant left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite arriving ahead of others in line, I watched in disbelief as the person who ordered after me received their food promptly. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience.

To make matters worse, I must commend the cashier for their exceptional service. They were polite, efficient, and clearly doing their best. It's a shame that the same level of dedication to customer satisfaction didn't extend to the kitchen staff.

It's evident that this restaurant has significant issues with their kitchen operations and food delivery process. While the cashier did an excellent job, I ultimately judge a restaurant by the quality of its food and overall service. Regrettably, I won't be returning until they can resolve these issues.

Recently, we visited Piatsa Gourounaki Express in Nicosia and ordered the "Platter for Two - Meat." We ordered two platters for four people, and it was more than enough, with plenty left over to ask for a doggy bag. For just €50.00, we enjoyed a complete meal.

The platters were filled with a delightful variety of grilled meats, including two pork souvlaki skewers, two chicken souvlaki skewers, two chicken kebab skewers, one pork kebab skewer, and two pieces of chicken-bacon rolls. They were served with tzatziki, mustard sauce, Mama salad, and crispy fried potatoes. The dishes were flavorful and diverse, perfectly balanced with the sauces and side dishes.

From the outside, the restaurant appears to have a traditional restaurant ambiance, but inside, the concept is more akin to self-service or fast food. This might be surprising, but it does not detract from the quality of the food.

We really loved our meal here! We were greeted by a friendly waiter and served promptly. We had the delicious couscous appetizer. Then we ordered the meat platter to share which has pork, beef and chicken. Not only was the meat perfectly cooked but also the fries and grilled vegetables were great! We also liked the complimentary dessert at the end of the meal. All the waiters are warm, helpful and professional. I even saw one waiter offer to throw away an ice cream cup for a man passing by in front of the restaurant! So nice! The owner, Costas, came and talked with us. Such a lovely man! He even rocked our baby stroller to keep our baby sleeping and calm so that we could just relax and enjoy our meal! We really enjoyed chatting with him.
