Poor service and unscrupulous pricing. I purchased a ticket for 5 euros and was presented with a basic map of the exhibits which tells nothing about the works. Then on entering the first gallery I notice cues for audio guide so I immediately returned to the ticket desk to obtain an audio guide as the map leaflet mentions it "can be included in the cost of your ticket". When I pointed this out the woman selling tickets told me I had to pay an extra 3 euros because I had not asked for it when I bought the ticket. It was literally a few minutes later and she had not made me aware of the option of the audio guide on buying the ticket. She explained this was the galleries policy which I found ridiculous and refused to take the upsell. I also found the security staff on the 3rd floor intrusive. Read moreNot worth of time.. Even though you like art. We were the only visitors, now I know why. Security guy was going all the time behind our back, it was uncomfortable, intrusive. He follows you constantly, like you are going to steal something. That spoiled my enjoyment of the art. I wanted to point on this to woman who was working downstairs, but her explanation was: " It has to be that way." When I asked, what will you do if more people are in gallery, she said they will have more security. Hahahahahahaha. They definitely need to learn from Rijksmuseum, or Louvre.. Imagine milion people who goes through this museums, and milion security gards following...
