Visited this restaurant on a beautiful Monday night. The ambience is fantastic and i wish i could say the same for the food. We got the Italian Salad, and halloumi for starters, the slow cooked pork, rizoto and the now infamous to me and my friends 33 euro fish dish. When we arrived there were only 2 other tables with clients. Two waiters came by. None of the two spoke Greek and their English were distinctively poor so communication was an issue. Having been to several restaurants all over Cyprus in the past 2 months i have never encountered this issue so it hit me really awkward here. Note that this is a Wine bar and a Bistro, yet when we asked for two specific white wines from their Greek wine list, none were available. Then we asked for 2 or 3 kind of popular wines and our waiters said that those were not available either so we asked them to bring whatever was available. No big deal, it's a Monday maybe they did not have time to restock after a busy weekend. Off to the Starters. Served 20-25 mins after ordered which is rather slow. Italian salad 6/10, Halloumi 8/10, Pita and Fried chips with prosciutto 9.8/10. Main Dish - Fish Dish, priced at 33 euros, with the close to nonexistent fish fillet hidden somewhere deep inside the salad and the dressing, was an embarrassment to this restaurant's chef. I will not comment on the other 2 dishes because i did not try them but the person who had ordered the slow cooked pork did not finish the dish. My message to the management is simple. Get some Greek Speaking waiters fast. Re engineer your salads and get rid of the fish dish or find a way to make it worth the money you are charging for it. Would i give them...

Firstly for the unique menu, a small selection which allows the kitchen to perfect every detail of every single meal, and comprised of very sophisticated and subtle twists of known plates which pleasantly surprises one's palate with the inspiration and creativity, singularly standing well above any norm on the island.
Secondly, for the classy way that anything one asks for is catered to with genuine and personal care from every single staff member. Their demeanor is casual but their serving etiquette remains excellent.
I noticed an imposing cava which I need to gather more info on and will update on my next visit, but for now, I can reliably recommend the Cuvée Speciale by Karanika, an organic extra brut from xinomavro-assyrtiko vines - a quality sparkling wine, so very much like any of the great champagnes but with its own unique aromas.
For the winter season's interior, a comfortable and relaxed urban vibe mostly with oak furnishing and modern simplistic takes reminiscent of Art Nouveau which completes the atmosphere of light wood, soft textures, and a connection to the outdoor naturaleza. During the extended island's summer, everything is moved one floor above to an elaborate and beautiful terrace, complete with its own vegetation, an elevator, and it's own bar, all surrounded by comfort accent chairs or soft dining chairs around spacious statement tables designed for comfort and aesthetics.
Vintage is a shining example of how quality should extend to every aspect of fine dining,...

The food is thoughtfully prepared and each plate is crafted with detail and quality local ingredients. The menu features seasonal dishes that highlight the best local produce, with meat and vegetarian options. The balance of flavors in each dish that we tried was impressive.
The mushroom risotto is hands down in the top 3 risottos I had in my life and believe me I had many. Each bite is an explosion of flavors.
The rabbit with bulgur was unique and full of Cypriot aromatics and flavors. Only downside was that the portion was quite small.
The pork with creamy sauce was delicious with complex yet comforting flavors. The meat that was cooked for 12 hours was super tender and not fatty at all and the cream sauce was excellent!
Lastly the pasta with beef was amazing with rich flavor. The amount of cheese was ideal. The beef was cooked to perfection and melted with just the touch of the fork becoming one with the sauce making each bite a memorable experience!
Overall the only negative in my opinion is that is expensive compared to the portion sizes.
The staff is super friendly and the service is efficient with no delays.
In conclusion, it is a must-visit for anyone looking to enjoy a divine culinary experience...
