I recently had the pleasure of staying in a delightful 2 bedroom self-catering apartment located in the heart of Nicosia’s old town, and it was an experience I feel compelled to share. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the charm and warmth of this place, making my stay memorable and truly enjoyable. The apartment itself is a testament to thoughtful and convenient living. It boasts all the amenities and facilities one could hope for in a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing me to whip up meals when I preferred to dine in. The living space was cosy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of working.

In terms of location, this apartment couldn’t be more ideally situated. Nestled in the vibrant old town, it offered an authentic experience of Nicosia's rich culture and history. The surrounding area brimmed with quaint shops, delightful cafes, and historical sites, all within walking distance. It was a joy to wander through the narrow streets, soaking up the atmosphere of this unique part of the city. Additionally, the apartment's cleanliness and maintenance were impeccable, a clear sign of the owners' dedication to their guests' comfort and satisfaction. This is an Air b&b. Ideally located in southern side of border. Only 15 min walk to walk through border point. So both sides of island can be explored easily. The 2 bedroom apartment was clean and well equipped at reasonable price. My only quibble would be the beds and pillows need revamping. We hirrd car and explored Southern side of islsnd and then walked to border and hired car on nothern side, and stayed there for a few days. We came to Nicosia several times and would know that the location is safe but not nice and shiny. The App 102 was simple but offered all things needed and it is spacious. The App was very dirty. Dust in closets, dirty bathroom and floors. We booked the place for one night to meet with friends for dinner. Only now I saw many other guests making the same experience.
