We ordered mix grill, salad, pasta and sea food and the only thing that was close to okay was the sallad. Staff were friendly enough but this is just a tourist trap. We went here because it was recommended to us but what a let down. The rice was hard and sticking together like a thick frisbee. The mixed grill was tasteless and came with a tiny bit of tzatziki (which was decent). Somehow the mixed grill also came with mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables (tasteless). The table next to us got a pizza which 100% was frozen pizza heated up, it looked so bad and they were all very disappointed too. The seafood was barely cooked and rough to eat. The pasta was swimming in some sort of sauce, it felt more like a watery soup than pasta. This is the worst food we've had in Cyprus. I am not from Cyprus but the other 3 in my company are, and they agreed with me that this was terrible and a tourist trap.
We are very happy that we went because the chefs working here were recomended to us for a possible wedding catering. We really dodged a...
Read moreGreat little find on the way back to the airport. Manager and staff were excellent, manager was training a new waiter. He took time in showing him how to do things and didn't just order him about. Waitresses were amazing, my son's dish was brought out with mushrooms, when he had asked for none. She immediately took it away from him to get a replacement, with the look on her face I am glad I wasn't in the kitchen. Nothing seems too much trouble for them.
Homemade pasta and fish were good, good portion size. Kids meals were a good size. I had the ricotta ravioli, best filling I have had.
Saw someone have pizza, and the base looked very soggy.
Only knocked the atmosphere down because of the owner, he was lovely to us and all the other guests. Having working in restaurants I didn't like how he talked to some of the staff. Wouldn't put me off going...
Read moreDinner at Rimini Italian Restaurant in Paphos was an unexpected gift. From the moment I walked in, I was met with genuine smiles and a service so attentive it felt like dining among friends.
The atmosphere is calm and unhurried, a little oasis away from the usual noise — a place where conversation flows as easily as the wine with the waves as a delightful background soundtrack.
The food? Simply outstanding. Each dish arrives beautifully presented, but it’s the flavours that linger: authentic, refined, and clearly prepared with care. Rimini doesn’t try to overwhelm; instead, it charms you with balance, elegance, and quiet confidence.
If you’re looking for a meal that feels less like “going out” and more like being truly welcomed, this is the spot for you. I will most certainly...
