First time went in this lovely restaurant with friends. From the entrsnce of the door to the end all details was polished. As the names of the plase is CULTURE with capital alphabeta in such way the staff meet you in the door, because of the good repitation is a busy plase and you have to book in advance. The serving starting 1st with warm home made bread ,1st serving starting the ladies, from the right side, the water is serve in vine glass , the dinner is with lovely presantation, smoking earia is literaly separet with glass. We had treat desert.. On the end every customer is send with the door open ftom the staff. What a lovely plase. Even Covid 19 is overish,the staff was oll night with the mask..so customer do not need to worie during serving dinner talking wirh the staff up to your plate with dinner. Staff very polite, kind and the same time frendly. If you like feel special and make sence of your moment, visit the plase and full your day via boots and lift your self as person.

Hello! I would like to leave feedback about visiting your restaurant today.

The food was just amazing, the cooks you cook is incredibly tasty!! We came on the advice of friends to you and were very pleased with the food, but not with the service ... our waiter was a man of about 50 years of age or older. It was the longest order acceptance for our company (there were 5 of us). The whole process took about 20 minutes, given that we knew we wanted to order exactly which dishes. He asked someone every time. He was very inconsiderate with us. He told someone to be silent, to shut his mouth so that he checked the order. We asked him to transfer us from the restaurant hall to the terrace on the street, since the restaurant itself smelled of a rather specific unpleasant smell from the kitchen. After waiting for other fellow waiters to prepare the table, we moved to the terrace outside. Our waiter never brought us the bread and sauces that were left on that table in the restaurant. There were also a couple of awkward moments. When our waiter brought the steaks to one of the girls, he dropped the glass bowl of sauce. The whole bowl broke and fell on the legs of our girl along with the sauce. She then walked all evening in shales with slippery soles ... As soon as we sat down at the table and our order was initially accepted, one person from our company asked to bring an Americano, while others ordered wine. Our waiter carried it for 15 minutes even though half of the restaurant was empty. And he brought coffee only half an hour later ...

In general, the service is a disaster ... And the food is amazing!! We don’t even know what to do next time, whether to return there again 🙄

Здравствуйте! я хотел бы оставить фидбэк о посещении сегодня вашего ресторана.

Еда была просто потрясающая, повара у вас невероятно вкусно готовят!! Мы пришли по совету друзей к вам и остались очень довольны едой, но не сервисом… нашим официантом был мужчина примерно 50-летнего возраста или старше. Это был самый долгий прием заказа на нашу компанию (нас было 5 человек). Весь процесс занял около 20 минут, учитывая что мы знали что хотим точно заказать какие блюда. Он каждый раз кого-то переспрашивал. Очень не тактично с нами общался. Говорил кому-то молчать, заткнуть свой рот, чтобы он сверил заказ. Мы попросили его пересадить нас из зала ресторана на террасу на улице так как в самом ресторане пахло из кухни довольно специфическим неприятным запахом. Дождавшись пока другие коллеги-официанты подготовили стол мы пересели на террасу на улицу. Наш официант так и не принес нам хлеб с соусами, которые остались на том столе в ресторане. Еще было пару неприятных моментов. Когда наш официант вынес стейки на одну из девушек он уронил стеклянную миску с соусом. Миска вся разбилась и попала на ноги нашей девушки вместе с соусом. Она потом весь вечер ходила в сланцах со скользкой подошвой… Как только мы сели за стол и у нас изначально приняли заказ один человек из нашей компании попросил принести американо, а другие заказали вино. Его наш официант нес 15 минут, хотя половина ресторана была пустой. А кофе он принес только через полчаса…

В общем, сервис это катастрофа… А еда невероятно вкусная!! Даже не знаем как быть в следующий раз, вернуться ли...
