Sky Lounge & Bar — Restaurant in undefined

I planned to do my Hen party at Sky lounge back in August 22 but it did not take place due to miss communication from the person in charge that I initially met who promised that he booked my reservation, yet it did not book or explain to me properly. I was annoyed and really upset as I was travelling all the way from London with my friends and I told them how beautiful is the place💫 However, I called to find out what went wrong and spoke to this lovely lady called Özlem😍 she told me that she was the new person in charge and offered to help. I told her how upset I with my hen party cancellation. Özlem kept apologising on behalf of the team! She had very soft voice, exceptional communication skills and polite. Her attitude and professionalism encouraged me to attend sky lounge mid Dec 22 with my 11 friends💵, she organised my reservation for new year eve with my family of 7 VIP table all went very lovely, all the workers on that section were amazing kind and funny, I can’t remember their names, well done. The security person at the entrance was also amazing. That led me to go back with my children and friends for lunch on 01/01/23 (about 12 people) so all that because of Özlem🙏🏾 and I now feel comfortable Özlem smile is so contagious😀, her facial expression pleases me to keep coming back, she ensured that everything was ok on the day. It was cold outside and she teamed up with other workers to organise a table for us inside rather than what we have initially chosen sitting outside. Good team work 👏🏾 The food 🍱 amazing, steak hmmm yummy, the place is clean, the decorations are outstanding and price is decent for the service☺️. Well done Özlem keep up the good work💗 and well done to all you who serves me every time I am in island. I am coming back very soon 🐣

Worst place I ever visited.

Dead public, we paid over , 1.5 k usd for the birthday and we weren't allowed to hung out. I want only to pay respect for security. Those guys understood this absurd.

Aggressive waiters who were trying to play on the currency change and they thought they can make some money on the tipsy clients.

We aren't barbarians, we know etiquette, but it seems like you should be quiet as a mouse in the place with DJ. They have told us we're too active dancing. Absurd. Security have confirmed that.

I will never ever visit such a place. Waiters were complaining about us and only security guys were full of mind (paradoxically, but they were the best Ppl out there). So ridiculous. Our blogger with 450 k subscribers will make a full review of this please.

If You're planning to hung out, try to find something else. You're not allowed to hung there. You are not allowed.

I want personally gratitude security, they were really interested to solve the conflict that was created not by us. I think those guys should teach everyone out there.

We were 4 persons and all of us ordered steak dishes 2 of us got Dallas steaks 1 surf and turf and 1 sirloin steak, all af them were wrong cooked, i ordered MR got medium, friend of of mine ordered mediom got medium rare so i assume that waiter just switched the plates, then friends steak was rare and she ordered medium, we returned plate she watched us eating then the finally steak arrived and it was medium well almost well done, story continues my wife's surf and turf was OK but the shrimp was totally raw ........do not recommend this place for food ok to have coctails maybe but not steak í think chef was not on duty or had...
