Amazing place in cellars, with exceptionally good cousine. What brings significantly down in enjoyment and atmosphere of this place is staff. At least this wait was exceptionally bad - no smile, great things given only upon my greetings. Look in face like "what do you doing here" connected with words "Do not go further, only if you join here" we were group of people only I was here first - so to sit down to another 3 people by table who obviously were not thrilled that they will get "visitor" was strange. What kind of large restaurant in the middle of a big city doesn't take cards? Probably one run by someone who doesn’t like paying taxes.
Not to mention, five minutes later, people seated next to us ordered dishes from the kitchen.
When we asked the staff about it, we were told, "The kitchen is working now," in a tone that made it very clear our question was annoying the waiter.

I had duck with sour cabbage and dumplings from lunch menu for my lunch and I can strongly recommend that! The meat was very tender and the dumpling had some meat filling inside, they were not just simple slices of a big dumping loaf. What I didn't like that much was the fact that I paid 36 crowns for tapped water - a jar with 2 slices of lemon. Staff, or at least our water, spoke English. Thumb up for that!
