Garden Restaurant Food Concept Brno — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

Sadly, our experience here had so many flaws. First of all, the door to the restaurant is kept open during winter which made it really impossible to sit inside (where the interior is nice). Sitting outside with heaters was okay. Then when we wanted to order, they didn’t have any bottle of wine they had on the menu and she could only offer us one bottle of rosé. After we ordered, it took over 45 minutes to get the food and it was one burger and sandwich. We then asked for some chilli sauce and waited for another 15 minutes to then give up and just eat without it. The place was not busy to excuse the service we received. Then the biggest surprise was finding a hair inside my sandwich. Luckily I had opened it and was eating with a fork so I could dodge swallowing the hair. When I told the waitress she said sorry and rushed away. From our table we could see the kitchen through a thin curtain so I could see it was the cook’s hair, he had long hair and not wearing a net. As an apology for the hair we received a 90 czk discount. It is sad that I have to write this review because actually the taste of the food, portion and quality...

I'm looking forward to visit this place in summer. It seems this would be perfect restaurant for grilled meals and hanging out outside in garden with beer in a hand. The meals are great! I like the approach of cook, placement of meals on the places, and also the taste. My cheese burger was great and super big! I left half of bread and basically all potatoes that were meant to be a side dish. next time I'll go for bacon burger. Except higher price though. The restaurant accepts reservations, but the one that I made wasn't needed as the place was completely empty at around 19. But it had started to be full...

A really amazing experience! Definitely one of the best restaurant foods i’ve ever had!

The whole experience was really great, even though they got our reservation time wrong and we had to wait 2 hours, the server explained it to us and was very apologetic and kind. The food itself was fantastic, pricey maybe, but absolutely worth the money, delicious meat,pesto,soup and everything went together really well And even though the reservation time wasn’t a big problem for us, we got all our drinks for free in the end.
