I work in the area and went there for the first time yesterday. I ordered the burger with bacon and a small portion of fried Gouda on it. First off, the layout of the place is confusing. But that could be to the fact I had never been there. I was with a group of about 10-12 people who had all been there before.
Second it took forever to get my food. My co-workers had already eaten and had coffee before I even sat down. I understand it takes time to make food, so I can give this one a pass. It is not that big of a deal.
Third, it was extremely unsanitary. I watched the burger chef lick his fingers multiple times and handle food, taking raw meat out of the fridge and then grabbing finished food, putting it on plates and never once did he wash his hands, nor did he have gloves. I know they have gloves and sinks to wash up because the chef making pasta had gloves and I witnessed that he washed his hands.
Fourth and the most important, the burger was horrible. The meat was dry and thin and was like eating cardboard. The bun was way too big and too dry for the burger and the special mayo was bland. The bacon had no flavor and the toppings were skimpy.
The meal cost me 209 czk and it was worth less than 20 czk imo. I do not recommend this place, I will not eat here again. It is overpriced and just plain bad

Read moreConsidering that this was supposed to be fancy lunch place for the offices close by, there is a lot of things that need to be adjusted here. Meals are ok, but not that ok. Especially considering the price. It was 8 of us and most of the people were complaining about their meal. But fair enough, it was the same 2 meals that were repeating. Another things is that even with smaller number of customers, waiting time for food is not good at all. I think this is the price to pay for freshly prepared meals. Plus there was one cook to serve the already done meals (soup), and to prepare the orders. In reality we made an order, went to find a table, and then we returned for the meals when we were called. I would appreciate some oil, and salt and pepper dispensers at the tables. Every customer gets a card at the entrance, pays when leaving with it at the terminal inside of the restaurant, and then leaves with zero-balanced card that he leaves at the exit. What I liked was modern payment system - though an phone app. I believe that this might save some time for regular customers, even though it's not the fastest option for one time use, due to installation...
