m13 rock hell — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

Tl;dr: I urge you not to waste your time ordering a takeaway from this place. Their online delivery system does not work, so you will very likely not receive your order. If you do, it will be half-defrosted slop.

In full: we tried on two occasions ordering a takeaway from M13.

First attempt: we never received our order. Their company phone number was not receiving calls, and there was no response to our messages on the company FB page. We emailed the owner, who said their order site does not work properly and he has no knowledge of the phone situation at his own restaurant. He offered a half price order as compensation.

Second attempt: a few weeks later, we took up the owner's offer of a half-price order. The same thing happened - order not delivered, company phone not working. So, we called the owner directly and his explanation was again: their order site does not work, and he has no knowledge of the phone situation at his restaurant. He committed to get us our meal within 25 minutes; in the end, a lot of half-frozen (literally), soggy mess was delivered to us 1.5h after we placed the order.

The place very close to the main train station, 2 floors underground. The decoration is supposed to remind rock music style, which... it does. But sometimes it's so much of something that I don't get if it's like that on purpose, or if something just went wrong. At the time that we entered the place there was some event ongoing so my male friend paid an entrance fee (50 crows) and I - a girl - didn't pay anything. As me and my friend sat on our place without any waiter for some time, we came to the conclusion that the orders are places at the bar - my friend went and bought us some beers that he paid right away. Visited this bar on a Friday night with friends, expecting a lively atmosphere. To our surprise, we were the only people there. The bartender was extremely unwelcoming, barely acknowledging our presence and making us feel like an inconvenience. Given the lack of other customers, one would expect at least decent service, but that was not the case.

The ambiance was dull, and the overall experience was far from what one would anticipate from a place that labels itself as a rock bar. I cannot recommend this establishment and will not...
