A place for a snack, with good, healthy food. I usually order an ISIC menu. Of the minuses: -I don’t understand how the menu is assembled, sometimes they put bread, sometimes not. -The staff refused to communicate in English. And I just ignored us, starting to serve other people, when we asked questions about the menu quite calmly. (girl with black hair apologized). As soon as I started speaking Czech, the staff began to behave normally and continued to serve. Once they did not have an antiseptic in a bottle when I asked the staff, a woman with short blond hair (apparently the cleaning lady) took some bottle, told me to put my hands on it and I started to splash intensively and aggressively (8 times) so this liquid began to drain on my hands and on my clothes. You can not take the menu more than once a day on Isic. If you came for example at 14:00, at 16:00 I understand that you will be refused. Wrap very often cold. There are grill strips, but the cheese did not start to melt.
In short: a place with a good alternative for a healthy snack, but apparently they don't care about customers. There are enough people, apparently, they will endure.
Quick update right after this post: The man who was rude at the cash register (Marek, as his colleagues prompted) passed me by and began to repeat quite aggressively to the whole place: thanks for the post, I remember you well. Yes, cool feedback... And so on in a similar style
Now I was sure of the rudeness of the service. Of the pluses, the review was really accepted and perhaps the management will correct the situation, since I really like the...
Read moreLet me start by saying the food is good, and worth its money. In two seperate instances I was vastly mistreated by a specific guy on the register. Second time happened now, he insisted on trying to communicate in czech, despite knowing English, which he used to make a racist remark towards me. (You're in czechia now, speak czech.) I don't expect everyone to know English, that's why I'm ready to use a translator anytime somebody doesn't so we can easily communicate, but "you're in czechia now, speak czech " after simply asking him if he speaks English was unpresidented. The first time, my friend tried speaking czech to him, but she's still learning so it's not perfect and he went on a rampade, but luckily a second employee stepped in and diffused the situation. I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt, you never know what someone is going through, but frankly, I deserve to be treated as a person when...

We both got soup, one spinach and one pumpkin, they were delicious! I got a mushroom quiche , and a coffee, which was really nice. The girlfriend got a veggie wrap and a smoothie aswell! Everything was delicious! It all cost 371czk or the equivalent of €14! There is a slide in the restaurant aswell, bringing you from upstairs to downstairs! My inner child really wanted to go on it and I regret not doing it! Food and service top notch and...
