Where do i start from, i can not describe how disappointed i am, this was the worst purchase of my life, i would never recommend this place.

For following reasons: Khachapuri -(Georgian meal) worst in my life, the dough was made completely inappropriate so it was gummy and on top of that i wasn’t backed properly and at the end it didn’t have any taste and im not even commenting on the cheese, disgusting! It’s a disgrace to the whole Georgian culture and cuisine!! Shame on you! Homemade Pelmeni - in use same terrible dough, thickest portion for Pelmeni on the Earth and smallest portion of barely spiced meat and of course FROZEN than cooked again, so at the and same story here no taste at all… French fries - i ate at least some thing but for 39,- there was only big almost empty box No taste No material No chef No passion What a waste, unfortunately i can...

Food is actually quite good.

Toiletts are not good. Men's room: Floor flodded with water and piss. Women's room: Impossible to lock the door.

Service was kind, but finally there was a discrepancy with the receipt/bill and our service tip. We asked the service staff to show the Bill again (he took it back and didn't leave it for us) and tried to figure out what could have gone wrong. Absolutely not understandable.

An attentive waiter would have recognized us, leaning over these receipt and would ask: is there something wrong?

We didn't mentioned it anymore by us, we just left. It was about 50 Kc (2€) descrepancy in a 1627Kc (67€) bill.

However, food was delicious. Anyway, for sure we will never come back again.

We come to this restaurant, as well as Staroslavansky (same owner) each time we are in Karlovy Vary. This year was not an exception. To our total delight nothing had changed: same friendly staff, the most delicious food, fresh aromatic beer, relaxed atmosphere. We were greeted by the owner, who recognized us from our previous visits. We were treated like old friends and we felt like we are at home eating grandma’s meal All our friends who followed our advise and visited these two restaurants had the same great experience
