I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this place was a big disappointment—if I could give 0 stars, I would. If you’re familiar with Vietnamese cuisine, you’ll likely find this place lacking in authenticity. We originally planned to return to Nhât Bao Restaurant after an amazing dinner there the night before, but since they were closed on Sunday, we decided to try this spot instead. Big mistake. From the moment we asked for basic condiments like hot sauce or fish sauce, an older woman—possibly the owner—began loudly commenting in her language in a way that felt rude and off-putting. My husband and I felt incredibly uncomfortable throughout the meal. The atmosphere was tense and noisy, as if the staff were upset. I ordered Bun Cha, but what I received was definitely not Bun Cha. Most of the non-alcoholic drinks listed on the menu weren’t available either. Even when we paid the bill, there was no “thank you” or “goodbye.” Sadly, the service and food just didn’t meet even basic expectations.

Quan Que is pretty close to the centre and if you're lucky, you can also park close to it for free. The restaurant is in the basement, which keeps the place warm and you will for sure smell like food later on. Other than that, the place is cozy with lots of Vietnamese decorations around, the staff is friendly, however when they are busy, don't be afraid to call for them. Menu is preeeetty big (you can also go though it on their web site to pick your dish beforehand), you can find on it looots of fried foods, sushi, desserts and beverages, alcoholic and alcohol free. My top favourite are definitely smoothies. Not sure how and if the wi-fi works, I usually connect to it, but it doesn't work, but you can still pay with a card.

great food !! the restaurant is located in the basement of a building so the entrance is quite weird but then down there it is nice. they offer lots of food and they have a large variety of vegetarian dishes. the food is really really good and tasteful ! maybe the portions are not so so big but it's ok. you can pay by credit card and the prices are more than adequate

Very rude waiter. I would not recommend this place to any Asian.

We were 8 Asian people waiting to order. The waiter first told us not to look at the pictures in the menu, since they were wronf. She then told us that we should go to another restaurant, since their restaurant was mostly for European people and not Asian people. We replied that it would be okay as we were already here. I wanted to order coconut water while my sister wanted to order passionfruit juice, but the waiter told us that they were sold out and that we should reconsider going to another restaurant. We said okay and left the place. She followed us to the door and yelled something at us. All in all, a very...
