Hotel Thermal parking / garage — Local services in okres Karlovy Vary

We were not pleased with the service. It was cold today, so obviously we were dressed well. As we were not sure where to pay, my husband went to the hotel reception, while I was undressing our one year old son. My husband paid and came back to the car. We have folded the stroller, took the hats, scarfs, jackets and sweaters off, sat in the car and headed to the barrier. (I am being very specific here as it is easy to assume how much time it can take) Upon arrival we found out that ticket was not working. Went back to the hotel, and receptionist was strictly saying that we took way too long to drive away and we have to pay for another hour. Sorry, but we didn't take longer that 10 minutes to drive away, also taking into consideration the time it took my husband to get back from the reception. It is not about money at the end of the day. Timing is just ridiculous here. And we do have plenty of experience with paid parkings...

The parking is okay and very convenient if you wish to spend the day at Karlovy Vary. The only bad thing is the behaviour. We went back and wanted to pay. We had to ask another visitor where we could pay as there was no info. The matchine didn't work. It said to go and pay at the barrier. That didn't work either so we had to go to the reception. The guy at the reception was extremely rude. Even though I told him that I never put my phone close to the card he kept saying it was my fault that it didn't work. Unacceptable behaviour. We might be visiting for a day but we still pay. There is no pint in treating...

Můžu jedině chválit, protože na Spa Hotelu pokračují podle plánu rekonstrukce. Dále na Thermal Bazén se zázemím,myšleno šatny,sauna, parková úprava trávníku kolem bazénu na opalování zákazníků dětské brouzdaliště vše Hotovo. Restaurací nad bazénem je příjemné místo i pro hodně vybírámé zákazníky. Přesvědčil jsem se právě dnes ,když jsem pořizovat tyto fotky a nechal se obsloužit krásnou obsluhující servirkou , která ochotně poradila na výběru v menu a ochotně vyšla vstříc mému požadavku . Zkrátka spokojenost na mé straně. Pokud jsem měl nějaké připomínky, okamžitě reagovala slibem předání připomínky vedení restaurace. Příjemně mne překvapila dezertem čokoládová koule, kterou přinesla a odkryla tajemství obsahu koule uvnitř, tekutou horkou čokoládou a bum . Co bylo potom , jenom tolik. Byloto promne největší překvapení pro moje oči i můj mlsný jazyk , jakáto byla lahodná pochoutka. TIM CHVÁLÍM TYM KUCHYNĚ VARYa, jakou vynalézavou grácií připravili ten dezert.
