All in all the hotel worked fine for 1-2 nights in the city. Nothing special about it though, but not much to complain about neither. A bit faceless one. The room was clean and light with two windows, modern bathroom, quite spacious shower cabin. Comfy beds, a kettle and a mini-fridge as a bonus. Breakfast for my taste was mediocre, but my friend said it's a standard for Czech breakfast, hence ok. The big building feels a little empty, we only met a receptionist once and saw a cleaning team worker passing by. Anyway it's about what you like. Sometimes the less contact the better. But for me it resembled more of an apart-hotel. On Sunday was a self check-out. The weakest and the strongest point at the same time is the location. It's almost city centre, 5 min walk to all the sights. But! It's noisy. At least if your room faces the city street. Noises and loud talks sound even louder in the narrow street from early morning till late night. Closing windows to avoid it is hard during summer heat. So take it in consideration if you seek some zen and serenity in Karlovy Vary.

This hotel is a real gem! It’s located almost right in the heart of the city, yet just a short walk from the bus terminal — super convenient! There are Lidl, Albert, and Mix Market stores nearby, plus plenty of cozy cafés and restaurants for every taste. Our double room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and had everything we needed: two cups, two spoons, one plate, and even complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar. I was really impressed by the size of the bathroom — it was huge! Housekeeping was regular and kept the room fresh. Even though the hotel is in the city center, it was nice and quiet at night; only the neighbors made a bit of noise, but nothing serious. The staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. If I ever get the chance to visit Karlovy Vary again, I would love to stay here once more!

The rooms are clean. However, the standard room doesn’t look at all as the one in hotel’s description and images. It looks more like the economy room, it is located at the attic (see image attached). However, the owners convinced us that “not all rooms look the same” and refused to change the room to the one as in their description. I don’t see any reason to spend more money for standard room if it’s the same as economy. Also consider that you need to climb several stairs to get to room if this matters to you. The windows face busy street, a bit noisy at night.

Přijeli jsme s manželem do Karlových Var kvůli pravoslavným Velikonocem.
