Beer Bowl: Hi, I often order and eat here however today I recieved my order 1h30 later than scheduled, which had sever consequences on the rest of my day as I work from home. The main reason why im writing this review is not because of the delay or that the food was cold. The main reason is because of how this situation was handled. I called the restaurant to get an update and a nice lady told me that it would be 1H late. Then around the time we were supposed to have the food, I received a call from the driver who was almost scolding for being hard to reach and who suggested that I be the last client served (which seems a bit pushing it given that I ordered at 10am for 12pm and she wanted to come at 2pm). In the end I disagreed and managed to convince her to come and finally deliver my order, we thus received the order around 1:15pm. When she came, she wasn't nice and didn't offer any compensation. Other than this surprising experience we often order there and enjoy the food, and without this incidence I would probably give them 5 stars (on even if the svichkova has gotten smaller).

Well, after walking around the town square we decided to try this little hole in the ground. The food was lovely, if not a little average - We ordered Sviečková and it came with whipped cream, jam & lemon slices. For drinks we had Kofola which never dissapoints! The staff was curt, borderline rude & extremely unhelpful. Interior-wise I'd really call it a hole in the ground (The art however hung on the walls was a real treat). Came for the day from Slovakia with three friends. The restaurant’s food was very poor. The garlic soup was terrible. It didn’t taste of garlic at all but had an overall taste of cinnamon. My partner stopped the waiter and enquired about it but was told it was garlic. They must have had dozens of that soup before. It was left unfinished. I had stuffed vegetable which was passable.
