Gurmánie — Restaurant in okres Litoměřice

I have eaten here many times, MANY times, today I get a plate with cold raw food items . When I complain, they scrape part of my food from one plate to another, recooking and replacing the item that was cold. But now the food they didn’t replace is cold as it has been sitting there.No IM sorry , no acknowledgement, nothing. When I say something the waitress gets snooty with me and brings back the original plate with the remaining food and throws it on the table and walks away. On a corner of the main square of this very nice small town between Prague & northern border with Germany,this surprisingly good Italian food restaurant offers good menu. We chose spaghetti Alla Bolognese,& a pinza Romana. Spaghetti were actually bavette, but perfectly cooked Al dente with very good ragout (maybe a bit more tomato sauce would have been better). I'm offended . As tourists my friends and I were not offered the same service as other people eating in this restaurant. We were offered only three choices of what to eat and drink. We weren't given a menu or told he prices. My friend was too busy being furious to eat his food . The waiter was really aggressive and when we came back to find some things that we had left behind they had thrown the in the bin!...
