Unfriendly and bored staff not caring if your glass is empty. The marinated camembert cheese in oil was not tasty since it had not marinated long enough and there were no chillies or herbs/garlic/onions inside, they just put some fresh onion and chilli on top and pretend that is how it is supposed to be. The atmosphere did not change for years but is OK apart from that terribly green paint. We appreciated the local beer 🍻 11 degrees blond is perfect 👌.

21/12/2022 update: we came back for our yearly class meeting. The staff was serving us better but still sometimes you just sit with an empty glass. They also forgot to bring us one topinky order. Then the not so great moment came at the billing moment when they charged us 4 beers none of us drunk. Well well improvements on the staff's behavior still needed...btw beer...

We arrived for a prepared dinner, which we paid for in advance. Everything was fine until the waiters brought a schnöpc, which we thought was a welcome drink. It turned out that it wasn't a welcome drink, but a drink that was forced on us in the middle of the dinner and a drink, which we didn't ask for. We had to pay for the forced drink and since there was a lot of us, we paid about 100e just for a schnopc (which we didn't want). We were very disappointed, because they tricked us. In our country, we are used to schnops being served at the end of the meal, and if they give it to you, you don't have to pay for it (if we didn't order it by ourselves).

Beer is pretty good but service is a real disgraceful. Apart from other things, the waiter tried to fool me pretending I cannot make the difference between Wienerschnitzel and a plate of chicken nuggets with french fries and barbacue sauce. Even if I told him twice, he insisted. Once I got he recognize it, he didn't apologise or propose such a recompense or discount. Unbelievable!!! I am living in this town after some months and try to be respectful by using as much as I can czech language, but I see they prefer to treat foreigners as stupid tourists.
