Pizza Coloseum — Restaurant in okres Ostrava-město

On Sunday, I had lunch at this place with my husband, and our dog was with us. I chose it because there is a wonderful terrace, and on the terrace, there was a water station for dogs, clearly marked as pet-friendly. It's very important to me that the place is pet-friendly.

Secondly, what I really liked is the accessibility for people with limited mobility to the terrace - it's great.

The interior is very nice. Antipasti, main dishes, drinks, and ice cream - everything was delicious. The service, friendliness, and speed of service were simply excellent.

SCAM ALERT – DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

This restaurant is an absolute joke. Their so-called “unlimited food” is nothing but a blatant scam designed to rip people off. They claim you’ll be able to “taste everything,” but that’s a complete lie. You get tiny portions—just a single piece of pizza or a spoonful of pasta—every 20 minutes. How is that unlimited? It’s a disgrace.

To make things even worse, the service is beyond horrible. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. I left feeling frustrated, cheated, and absolutely disgusted. Do yourself a favor—stay far away from this place or atleast from their...

Disappointed! For the price you pay, expectations are high. Unfortunately quality is missing. Most of the food is too salty and that's pretty much all. Taste is missing, today the risotto was plain, was just a persistent taste of.. fish. Salmon was baked, spices were missing. The other dish, same situation salt, a lot of it. Not talking here about portion size which was tiny for a lunch menu. I also do not understand their claim "Fresh from Italy" since they are importing from Italy it cannot be fresh in the same time!
