Cafe Mozart — Restaurant in okres Ostrava-město

The place itself isn’t terrible but the prices aren’t fair for the food quality. First of all, the soup here was very salty (as in that salty that it was impossible to eat) and when I asked the staff to change it they told me that it wasn’t possible since it was already prepared. When it comes to the main courses, they aren’t terrible but they just aren’t worth the price. They seem like they have been bought from Albert or Tesco as frozen meals and then re-heated. Desserts are actually nice especially the Mango Mousse. Coffee and drinks aren’t perfect but aren’t as disappointing as the food. The cocktails taste as if the alcohol in them is not good quality unfortunately. The interior is good but the music and the staff definitely isn’t great. Včera 30.12. jsme byli u vás na večeři, objednal jsem salát s burratou, ale salát byl planý obsluha nebyla schopna donést ani solničku, resp. obsluha byla úplně bez zájmu 🤯 chtěli jsme si sednout do proskleného rohu, ale bylo tam neuklizeno po předchozích hostech, takže jsme si sedli naproti baru. Slečna servírka s námi udělala objednávku jídla, ale pak když jsem chtěl bílou čokoládu z nabídky tak neměla (budíš) říkám ještě se podíváme, ale slečna již nepřišla, plnila vitrínu dorty a pak se schovala, tedy musel jsem jít k baru objednat ale slečna měla soukromý hovor, a zdálo se že se mi hned začne věnovat, jenže omyl, misto hovoru SMS. Nakonec tedy přišla ke stolu a pro objednáni červeného svařáku řekla že nemají, jen bílý 😌 což mě v tomto období překvapilo. Nakonec jsme si na pití již neobjednali nic, pojedli a raději šli jinam. Na závěr ještě k slečně servírce , do proskleného rohu přišel chvilku po nás pár, který si musel stůl sám poklidit, a nebyl obsloužen ani v době našeho odchodu. Kavárna byla přitom z většiny prázdna, tedy nejde se na nic vymlouvat. Zkušenost s touto kavárnou je dlouhodobě špatná. Obsluha je tady většinou nekompetentní. The waitress was extremely rude. Didn’t want to assist in translating menu items was not helpful in answering our questions either. We took food to share and was told it was not allowed.
