Horrible customer service. The woman in charge name starts with N (I think) pony tail was really rude. I keep lowering my voice and she kept rising hers.
I ordered 2 meals. 1-baguette, fries with ketchup and water (me) 2-gluten free baguette, fries with tartar and juice.(My mum)
In 1 tray I had: Baguette, water, fries with ketchup
In tray 2 I had: Baguette, juice fries with tartar.
So clearly the 2nd one is gluten free. It was not. They mixed up. My mum is allergic to gluten and was not labeled. My mum felt bad and I ate half hers instead of mine. I told them they put the wrong sandwich in the wrong tray and they told me I should have swap them?????? All while the other servers kept interrupting me and biting her lips saying I should know which bread is which. I do not work here I do not serve food and this was a life hazard. Totally disaster. I didn't keep my check but it was number 86. 29th October. Check cameras and take some actions please. Also they pick their nose and keep serving people. No empathy. No customer service. Just accusations that I was wrong. Why on earth would you sell it as a meal if they will tell me is all together? Is not the check wasn't separate but it was in order. They messed up. I like their sandwiches and the concept and would give it all 5s if they hadn't become so cheap, the app worked better, and customer service hadn't gone downhill. Here's the example that motivated me to leave this review: A couple of years ago I ordered a side salad instead of the default fries with the sandwich menu. Same price. It came without any dressing at all. I thought it was a mistake and went to the counter. The side salad doesn't come with dressing, I was told. I can't even buy any? No, sorry. I tried again the next time I ate there a couple weeks later, different location, thinking that it had to be a mistake. Same deal. I've been getting fries instead of salad every since. Today I decided to try again, thinking the policy must have changed by now. A dry salad just didn't make sense to me. Again it was dry (today, at the airport). No option to add dressing to the order, no indication that it would not have dressing. I went to the counter and the good news is that at least now they let me spend an extra 15 Kc to buy dressing. Read moreI asked for a "leek and potato cream" among other things. After ordering I asked the employee if the soup is vegetarian. When picking up my order, the same employee told me that it'd take 5 more minutes to prepare the soup and that it woold be a mushroom soup instead (no, I was not asked if I want a different type of soup, I was just told that I'd receive it). As the mushroom soup had clearly a bacon on top on its presentation, I wanted to confirm that it's vegetarian. The employee did confirm that in English and with a help of a Czech interpreter (thank you). She asked someone in the kitchen not to serve it with bacon.
What I received was a cup of questionably fresh soup with tons of pieces of chicken floating, aka vegetarian my a**.
