Starbucks — Restaurant in Prague

Man at the till wasn’t accommodating when I mistakenly ordered a drink with dairy in it. After telling him I’m allergic, instead of apologising or reassuring me that it was fine and he could make me a new one, he failed to communicate with me and instead seemed annoyed when making a new one. He had zero hospitality, and I actually felt unwelcome.

Hi. I was leaving Prague under a very upsetting situation and the service I received from your employee, Veronica I think was unbelievable. I was very teary and she was just so so nice to me. This was your Starbucks in departure. She went off duty i think at 2pm. Even brought me icy wayer before she left. She went above and beyond making me feel comfortable. Staff were really friendly. My partner ordered an iced americano (he prefers cold brew but we couldn’t see it on the menu and have found at our recent visits in the uk that it hasn’t been brewed), he was offered a cold brew by the barista straight away. I ordered coconut hot chocolate and was offered the vegan whip. Drinks arrived quickly and my hot chocolate was hot hot! Our cups had our names and a little heart on- so cute. There were free samples of the beans available- we have a new coffee machine so looking forward to trying...
