Food is good. Good job for the lady chef. But the dude at the counter was impolite. We stated we wanted one pasta deal (with water) and another pasta without deal (no water). He mistakenly entered our orders into the system as 2 pasta deals and we corrected him, but he complained saying we should have told him from the beginning. what?? We clearly told him that. Sorry to say, but If his english was not that good to understand what we were saying, it was his problem. He didn’t even give us chance to explain that we had said it. We ate from the Vegetarian/Vegan counter only and enjoyed the add as much that fits on your plate option. The food was super fresh with a load of condiments you can add. Having this fresh healthy option before a flight is a god send instead of the usual bread/cheese/processed meat options. We will be eating here every time we pass through Prague airport. Well done to this restaurant for being the first to offer real a real viable plant based option at the airport. Wanted a good hearty dinner to eat on the plane and was attracted to the smorgasbord at Marché.

The display looked freshly cooked and good to eat especially the sausages and chicken.

Bought steamed rice, sausages, mixed vegetables and mushrooms.

The sausages were delicious with the steamed rice even when cold. The veggies and mushrooms were ok but could be nice tastier. Cardboard packaging was flimsy and the cover could not close properly.
