Mattoni Bar — Restaurant in Prague

Great bar for some good draft Pilsner beer 🍺 before taking flight. The guy is super cool and courteous. And the price is super reasonable for a airport bar which isn’t exaggerated unlike many other airports. Good selection of sand which though limited to three choices it’s sensible. Cheese and cranberry cakes are good addition. Only Pilsner was available in draft. The dark beer is only bottled beer. After trying the bottled dark beer decided to stick with Pilsner draft for second time. The Pilsner was 99kr and sandwich was 50kr. Quite a clear and well maintained bar, adequately lit and power points are available for charging which is Bert good...

Just don’t buy beer here. Unless you want a half a glass of beer. The rest is all froth. And when you complain about it (showing them the line where the actual liquid should be) they take you for a fool and condescendingly try to lecture you on how the Czechs serve the beer. The thing is I have been in this country a few weeks and have had countless beers to know how it really is supposed to be served. P.S. Naast dat ik bij mijn eerste had een bord soep op me broek had, vind ik het eten ook kanker smerig. Ik bestelde een broodje rosbief en kreeg een soep van de dag met slagroom en kattenvoer. Het is niet te beuken, maar we konden wel onze step ernaast parkeren. De koffie was niet lekker, maar een pepsi uit een fles kan niks mis mee zijn!
