Horrible service and attitude. I ordered small sandwich and soup, which I paid by card. The moment I paid I realized that the price was too high. So I asked if they charged me for a small sandwich. The barista girl answered in a very rude and disrespectful manner that I did not mention that I wanted a small sandwich, so she assumed it’s a big one. The second barista that couldn’t even hear my order also started convincing me that indeed I ordered a big one. If you say that’s a customer didn’t specify which sandwich is that, why don’t you ask? I politely asked to refund me the difference and make a small sandwich. I got even rudder answer that it’s not possible and that I should take the sandwich. I asked for a manager. At this point the baristas started laughing at my face and said there is no manager and if I want one, I need to find it myself. So I called the bar phone number, a very polite lady listened to me and told me she will solve this with the baristas over the call. Another person called the baristas and they all agreed that I was lying and they should not refund anything. At this point they also started laughing that the difference is just 2 euros and no one should be bothered by that. I also could see them whispering to each other and making faces. So I had to call the same number again and again another person called the baristas and then they agreed to put me on the phone. I politely explained everything to that person and explicitly said that I want this conflict to be solved, so no one would lose anything and I ll be refunded the difference in price and get a small sandwich. The answer was again no because I paid by card and there is no way to refund on card. Then I said I would have to do a chargeback for the whole amount. Only then they agreed to refund. While the manager was giving instructions on the phone, the baristas decided I was filming them. I was not and I told them so. Nevertheless, one of them tried to ATTACK me and pull my phone out of my hands. Then the baristas and manager threatened me that they would call the police. Still not sure what crime I conducted. So I said let’s do this. And only then I was refunded. While the barista was issuing the refund, she was openly making faces and copying my voice to make fun of me. Great customer experience. Decent juice bar that could be drastically improved with better service. During the visit they barely had any cash to make change and do not accept euros.
