Absolutely disgusting service, My flight 6H764 got delayed for 9 hours and we got food vouchers for all passengers to use in the airport caffès, when we came at 22:36 on the 1/07/23 night, to buy some water and we were told that we can take something else or just loose the remaining money on that voucher, we gave the voucher to the Blond women over 50 years of age that worked there , we wanted to buy only water and placed a package of chips on the desk to ask for its price. The worker didn’t respond to our question, scanned all three items and immediately out of nowhere started yelling at us in czech that we have to pay more money, we told her that we don’t want the extra item for extra money and we are willing to loose the remaining money on the voucher, but we would like to get only two water bottles and that’s all. This Woman started yelling at us that we have to pay immediately as she already scanned the items or she will call the police (although we never said we will buy them without voucher, and told her we would like to use our voucher in other place, she continued to yell so we asked her to call the police if she just stole are vouchers without giving us any product back for the money we gave her) , In the process as this woman cursed at us in czech language, while she continued to yell and say that she can’t stand passengers and their stupid vouchers; she had no idea that we understand czech language very well, as we were students in prague. After that disrespectful and humiliating behavior, we asked to get our voucher back, for us to go and buy with it in another normally behaving Café , but this woman continued to yell at us that she will not give us the voucher back and that she will also not give us the water until we pay for something we didn’t want to ( which is illegal of her of course). We left this Café and will never comeback. To this degree of humiliation and disrespectful behavior we have never been exposed to in any Airport. We highly recommend (and will recommend) all passengers to stay away from...

After the 1st one flat ignored me, a 2nd eventually appeared and proceeded to heat up my selected ham, cheese and tomato croissant - and then present it in a barely folded paper bag. Looking me dead in the eyes, she says 'thank you' - but wasn't long I realised it had been laced with sarcasm - oh, she's well old enough to know what she'd done: on opening I found my French breakfast sandwich dumped carelessly/deliberately upside-down, causing the melted contents to spill out in to the bottom of the bag. I had to surgically extract my purchase to eat it. Not a single care given...the opposite of hospitality.
"Why me?", you have to wonder. I was clean, polite...and thought I attempted passable friendliness, even given the mild mid-leg travel fatigue. But thanks for calling me a loser for shopping with you - In a way, I suppose, this is fair. In her shoes, being paid a miserable, barely survivable wage and watching the endless parade of air travelling public flow by like some river of insouciant sewage, contributing to destroying our planet, I could get a little hacked off and find myself refining ever more petty ways to get even...

I mean that's the mindless performance expected. That's what you're paid for. That's the best on offer. And that's the review I initially wanted to leave. Justice!
But no, we are better than that. Take care of yourselves. Keep stabbing them in the eyes with pencils in your mind, while you mouth the script. That's what I'd do.
Keep letting it show. We see it. And we know. And we care....
Read moreArguably the worst customer service I have ever received. After buying a slice of apple cake that was frozen solid in the middle, I asked for it to be defrosted slightly in the microwave. I don't normally leave negative reviews, however the hostility I received from the male staff member working on this day was as though I'd asked him to recook a 7 course meal rather than reheat a cake for 20 seconds in a microwave.
I hope he was just having a bad day, and that both his day and mood improve to allow for better human empathy and interaction, and by extension, customer service. However, having now read the other reviews here, I somehow doubt it.
