Restaurace Runway, located at Prague's Václav Havel Airport, is a solid choice for travellers seeking a decent meal before their flight. Here's a breakdown to help you decide if it's the right spot for you:
Convenience:
Runway's biggest advantage is its location. Situated right within the airport, it's perfect for a quick bite before your flight, saving you the hassle of finding food elsewhere.
Food and Drink:
The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, catering to most dietary needs. Whether you fancy a hearty breakfast, a light lunch, or a pre-flight dinner, they've got you covered. The food is not exceptional, but it is simple and satisfying. The restaurant leans towards a cafeteria-style setup, so don't expect a fancy dining experience.
Price:
Restaurace Runway is on the affordable side good value with good sized portions.
Overall:
Restaurace Runway is a fuss-free option for a convenient and decent meal at Prague Airport. It won't win any culinary awards, but it hits the spot for a quick bite before your flight, especially if you're watching your pennies.
Here are some additional factors to consider:
If you're after a sit-down meal with table service, Runway might not be your best choice. For a wider selection of cuisines or a more upscale dining experience, you might want to explore other restaurants in...
Read moreThe best place when you don't have enough time to go to the center of Prague. But it had reputation still, if there would be in the centrum. There is menu in English, but you can't see the food what you will eat, that's why it's hard to choose. There was weird moment when the man put knedlis to the plate with his hands!!!!! It was really weirdo.. The most awkwarding moment was when we couldn't pay with credit card because of a technical problem. The cashier was not helping at all, she couldn't speak English at all, and her gestures were really pathetic. When we finally change cash we paid the bill and ate the already cold meal. But it was fine! It was strange but it was delicious! The scenery spectacular! Highly recommended, but have some cash...

It is with the effort as the traditional Kantyna style is definitely cheap and cheerful. And don't forget to take your dirty dishes to the...
