Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Prague

If there was a Negative star option I would definitely award it to this location. I waited 21 mins for my coffee and when I asked them about my order they asked if I had a receipt, which they never provided when I ordered. So funny, she said they had it prepared and but I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and I never saw or heard it come out. Costa, you are being paid for the coffee And service. Not asking for a free drip. Please educate your staff on customer service. It’s really denigrating when someone has to fight for a coffee. Like why would lie to get a free coffee?!...

The cashier lady was nice and friendly, but please replace the lady making coffee. She ignored me when I responded to her yelling, and kept shouting instead of giving me my coffee. Finally she spoke to me in Czech without any eye contact, repeating the same sentence three times even though I told her that I didn’t speak Czech, and gave me my coffee eventually with rolling eyes. Okay sorry that I didn’t learn the language before arriving at your airport and please only serve domestic lines from now on I bet you’d be...

This morning at 6:30 AM, I visited Costa Coffee and was served by a woman with glasses. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. She was sighing and seemed annoyed, which is not what you expect as a customer, especially so early in the morning.

Additionally, there were no clear signs in English about the opening hours of the store. This would be helpful for international customers. I hope this can be improved in the future to make the experience...
