I waited 21 mins for my coffee and when I asked them about my order they asked if I had a receipt, which they never provided when I ordered. So funny, she said they had it prepared and but I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and I never saw or heard it come out. Costa, you are being paid for the coffee And service. Not asking for a free drip. Finally she spoke to me in Czech without any eye contact, repeating the same sentence three times even though I told her that I didn’t speak Czech, and gave me my coffee eventually with rolling eyes. Read moreThis morning at 6:30 AM, I visited Costa Coffee and was served by a woman with glasses. Unfortunately, her attitude was extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. She was sighing and seemed annoyed, which is not what you expect as a customer, especially so early in the morning.
Additionally, there were no clear signs in English about the opening hours of the store. This would be helpful for international customers. I hope this can be improved in the future to make the experience...
