Burrito Loco — Restaurant in Prague

I bought a speedy burrito from burrito loco. It was at a very high price for Prague 4 being 139 CZK, I bought it with beef: a big mistake. Everyone else I was with ordered it with chicken and they did not seem to have any issues whereas I unfortunately did. For starters, I ordered a medium spice level but my burrito came with 0 spice on it, which would’ve been forgivable on its own however the real issues came a few hours after eating: On the plane ride home to England I began feeling very very sick. I struggled to stay awake and was in a lot of pain, where after arriving home I began throwing up violently. I got no sleep as I threw up 20 times that night, and I had some very unsettling dreams as well, I woke up feeling weak and still sick. I would very strongly reccomend looking for alternative places to eat rather than burrito loco as their shitty food gave me food poisoning, which isn’t surprising considering how I saw them handling the food as it was being made. Absolute trash place. Boyfriend and friends of employees are hanging right at the door for HOURS, they are loud, obnoxious, with 2 unleashed pitbulls barking and lounging at people and other dogs passing by. Employees are feeding their boyfriends and friends for free while you wait in line to get what tastes like 3 day old rice and beans. I’m not even going to talk about the attitude of employees, somehow their crazy rudeness was the least of my concerns. The trash bin is not functional, the “wonderful” plastic recycling system is useless as employees throw everything in there - food waste, paper. Just a scam. The first time I went here was great, the second time was terrible. This place offers a vegan menu unfortunately not all the staff understand what this means. They had to rebuild our burrito after they put cheese on it. We asked for spicy sauce and were given mild, then after we asked for spicy I think we had to pay for both because a 130czh burrito ended up costing more than 300czh with a fizzy drink. Burrito still tasted nice but I feel like I must have paid almost double. We obviously annoyed the staff after asking for what we'd been given on our first visit. We visited on a Monday then Tuesday, it wasn't busy on either occasion, no idea what the problem was on our second visit....
