I have been multiple times in this restaurant, and I always said, I will give another chance for them, but this was the final time. I'll never go to go this place anymore. The waiters were every time slow and I always had to ask them to come to me. They were never rude to me, but when you feel they don't respect the customers and it is rather suffering for them it's something I don't want to see. The food was never cheap, but recently their the prices are just simply too high compared to the portion size and the quality they do. I don't mind to pay for very good dish, but last time they served me a 'Curry' Butter Chicken which was horrible. It was clear that the chef never ate or seen in his/her life a proper Indian dish. It was a joke. The few smelly dry chicken cubes were swimming in a very small amount curry buttery liquid and the side was a portion of full salty undercooked rice. Salmon with lentils - taste and presentation were great, but it turned out to be a little piece of salmon with a bunch of lentils. Overall portion quite small and I was left hungry, so needed to go somewhere else for additional food.
Eggs Benedict - my only regret is not taking a picture of a meal that looked like vomit, the egg whites were completely raw and soggy. The bread inside was wet due to being in contact with the egg whites, which made the consistency and flavour very unpleasant. I am a Benedict eggs lover, and can honestly say these were the worst I ever had in my life. When giving feedback to the staff I was told that “customers usually like it” so my feedback was entirely dismissed in a classic defense move. Today breakfast was the weakest start of the day…

Read moreA gourmet restaurant in Prague. Lunch menu is daily changing with some standard items. Dishes are extremely good, portions are proper. Service can be improved, the card system is absolutely not sufficient. You got a plastic card once you order at desk your main dish and maybe the soup. But desserts on another desk together with drinks where you should pay also at the end. So normally people doesn't take desserts, as they don't want to cue third time again + cuing with the warm main dish and until getting ask the dessert the soup and the main dish become cold. Waitresses are usually arriving to you asking about drinks once you already eating or nearly finished with your meal. This system maybe can changed as there is a big loss...
