When we received our bill, the waitress strongly insisted that the tip was not included and that a 10% tip is customary. Although we knew this wasn't accurate, we agreed. But then she charged us 100 Kronas on a bill of less than 700 Kronas — which is 15%. I told her after I had already paid, and she then pretended not to know how to cancel the transaction for a couple of minutes, until I gave up and let it go. I saw other reviews also describing similar deceptions with the tipping process. We were very disappointed and felt cheated. This happened on July 25th around 7 p.m.

Ordered two sandwiches and a dessert to go. In the end we ve decided to eat the sandwiches in the restaurant. At some point, one of the waiters came to us and asked if we ordered to go and what are we doing there, rolling his eye balls out. We replied that we wanted to eat and he just left annoyed. If there was a rule that we can t eat food "to go"in the restaurant, maybe he could have communicated better but he was just rude and arrogant.
