I don't mind if the staff don't speak any English, only Czech. I don't mind if the menu is only available in Czech. I do have some problem about the very strong smell that will cover our clothes and skin that we can't wash off for a week, but having had many trips to Far-East, I know this is part of the experience. But I can't stand that if I order something from the menu, the waiter brings something else (but similar) without telling me that I don't get what I was asking for. This I find outrageous. Even after I notice the swap and raise my concerns about it, the waiter tries to convince me that I'm wrong, but was not able to show me the the product she brought to our table on the menu and tried to convince me that since both products are the same brand, it's no problem....
