Brødrenes Original - Borggade — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

In Borggade in Aarhus you will find this little gem of a place to eat. They reinterpret the classic Danish grill bar with tasty meat from Danish free-range animals and organic durum buns baked in Holstebro. And you can taste it!!!

We had a "Bøffen menu" with fries and it tasted heavenly. The beer caramelized soft onions give a fantastic flavor to the steak. We ate outside in good weather. Next time I'm in Aarhus I will...

The fries are great, Ribbensandwich is also good. Burger is however really nothing amazing compared to specialized burger places. The bread they use in my opinion is a bit too thick and dense.

The store is cute but tiny with almost no place to eat inside and the prices aren't that cheap either.

I don't want to sound too negative because it is good danish fastfood but when the rating is so high, the expectations are...

The best burgers in Århus, and quite possibly beyond. I used to be a bit lukewarm on the fries, but they recently added a new Chili-Mayo dip, which has me sold on those as well. Their rotating monthly special in particular is well worth going out of your way to sample, and the friendly atmosphere and staff make every visit there a pleasant experience... genuine, home-grown...
