Briançon — Restaurant in Aarhus Municipality

Not sure I understand the rating of this place. It's expensive and pretty generic, it tasted like something I could get at Føtex.

There are several other places in town that have much better bread and pastries for the same price, if not slightly cheaper.

I like the bakery, but in my opinion you should not think your bread is good, just because you have a good oven and the crust is very good.. I crave for a bread with a lot of seeds.. Like half/half. Charming bakery in the city center of Aarhus. We went there for buying some pieces for breakfast. I had a "grov birkes" and my gf a "salt & pepper". As dessert we chose a croissant. They were all amazing and delicious. Quite heavy, though crispy and fluffy. Really something you have to try out! Their bread looks really lovely as well.
