This restaurant has a great potential of being the best pizzeria in town. I can clearly see that the dough is well made and fermented although the pizzaiolo is putting too much semolina when opening it. The pizza is unfortunately too dry and hard because of the said excessive semolina that the moisture balance in the dough becomes very dry and hard which is a huge shame, it's supposed to be soft and crunchy instead.

We just ended up eating his pizza and leaving mine. Very sad because I hyped this place up to who I brought and I'm sure they will not want...
Read moreSo far, It is the best pizza place in Aarhus. They provide scissors (per person) with which we were to slice the pizza. It was convenient and fisrt time for me at a pizzeria. Food is a 4-star level. Giving a 5-star rating for the unique idea (for pizzerias) of using scissors as a utensil. South Korea has been using it as a utensil for a long time for cutting pretty much anything, meats, noodles, etc.
Visited on one of their pasta days... Good pasta, though it was a bit too sweet. Still the best...
